The challenge
Small businesses in Bosnia and Herzegovina still invoice in Word and Excel: client details retyped every time, VAT worked out by hand, payments chased one email at a time. Our own studio was no different.
The approach
We built the tool we wanted to use ourselves. Client details fill in on their own, VAT is calculated as you type, and every document goes out as a clean PDF with your logo, payment details and a QR code — in the client's language and currency.
